You can call Disney or have your travel agent book the reservation and receive it. We just returned from our family of 4 vacation at Disney. I understand that I obviously cannot book two separate Disney-specific discounts if they are available at the same time For example: 15 percent off Value rooms OR free dining but NOT both.
I would like to know this answer too. I have two VERY picky, light eaters so we only plan on getting the plan if it is offered for free. If you book Free Dining, you won't be able to use other promotions.

Free Disney Dining Plan is a Walt Disney World promotion that is usually a great vacation package discount. The big update now is that the 2019 Free Dining bounceback offer is now available for booking through October 31, 2018! Not for 2018 and not for 2019. We will email our subscribers the minute we hear any rumors or have any sort of info. For now, 2019 Free Dining bounceback dates have emerged. This is especially true as fall travel dates grow in popularity at Walt Disney World, and less of an incentive is needed to entice guests to book trips. Value and Moderate Resorts receive the Quick Service Dining Plan, and only Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resorts receive the standard Disney Dining Plan, etc. Again, exact same story as last year. Because of this, there was some concern that all discounts would be blocked out from the time that Star Wars land debuts until…the end of eternity or, at least, until demand dies down a bit. We stayed at the Contemporary in July 2018 on a free dining bounce back that I had booked on our previous trip in late August 2017. I tried in July to book a free dining bounce back for 2019 and they said that it was not available so I am going to have to do the stay up all night game and try to modify a reservation to get the free dining. I want to book a trip now to lock in the lower cost tickets and do not know if I should book the first week of August or July. We prefer going in July Any advice is appreciated! When submitting a question, please do not provide us with ideas or caballeros. I thought that the tickets that we have part of free dining and just like cash and applied to the pass purchase. Usually at the end of April Disney announces their Free Dining promotion for the upcoming Fall. All so, if I cancel my current reservatin for the ring deal, will that mess up my dining reservations I have already made. This will be my 1 st trip to Disney.
